5.1 Custom orders for weddings, funerals, or special events require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

5.2 The balance for custom orders must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.

5.3 Elegant Flowers is not responsible for changes requested within 2 weeks of the event.
